General
Full amount is to be paid before every session.
Once the full amount has been paid or a portrait session has been performed, your session fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and skills invested by Tegan Rieck Photography up to and through that point.
Online galleries will be available for 3 weeks and then removed. If you require extra time to download, a £10 charge will apply for every additional week.
Late arrivals to a session will result in the loss of time to get the best images possible.
Due to the tight time slots of mini sessions, if you are late for your time slot, I will use the remainder of the time to try and capture the best images. Unfortunately, if you are so late that you miss your session time, your payment is non-refundable and you can not reschedule.
Gift Cards can not be converted to cash and are non refundable.
RAW images are not available for client use, only edited, final products will be received by the client.
Rescheduling/cancellation
Due to photographer illness, personal emergency, or unmanageable weather, Tegan Rieck Photography reserves the right to reschedule any session. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to photographer cancellation, paid session fee will be refunded.
If notice is given at least one week prior to session, clients reserve the right to reschedule any portrait or commercial session at no additional fee.
If you prefer to cancel your session, instead of rescheduling at least one week prior, your 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling or cancelling yoursession’s date within 72 hours may incur additional fees.
Digitals
Tegan Rieck Photography provides images that have been edited exactly as we see on our Tegan Rieck Photography computer. Any digital photos you see (on our website, blog, social media sites, or that have been provided directly to you) may vary from their intended appearance, depending on your computer's monitor and settings.
Tegan Rieck Photography cannot guarantee the results or quality of prints made by clients or by clients' chosen printing companies.
Please back up all digital copies of your photographs. We recommend an external hard drive or flash drive.
Tegan Rieck Photography will make every effort to retain your files for up to 6 months from the date of your session. Thereafter, all images of the session will be permanently deleted.
Portrait Sessions
Your 50% deposit of the full session fee is due immediately upon reservation of your session. Bank details will be attached to the booking confirmation email. We will not reserve a date or time without the 50% deposit payment.
Tegan Rieck Photography strives to have your portraits ready to view and order within 2-3 weeks after your session. We appreciate your patience!
Events
To reserve your event booking date, along with your signed contract, a deposit of 50% of your quoted fee is due immediately. Until we have received your payment AND signed contract we will not confirm a date or time.

Commercial

Social Media
I understand these images could be used for; Social media platforms, Tegan Rieck Photography website, Advertising, etc.
My consent is given freely to Tegan Rieck Photography as a public service without expecting payment.
I understand that I can revoke this consent anytime in writing, and that any use of the images used before this revocation will not be affected by this written notification.
Images will be stored in a secure location and will only be kept as long as they are relevant, after this, images will be destroyed or archived.
